WHO IS STOKES AND RICHARDSON, PLLC?

Stokes and Richardson, PLLC is a DC law firm, dedicated to helping active duty military, veterans, spouses, and their families secure their rightful VA benefits.  The firm is a partnership between Larry Stokes, a VA accredited agent, and Rochelle Richardson, a VA accredited attorney. 

Mr. Stokes is a retired member of the U.S. Navy, where he served as a Physician’s Assistant.  Following his military service, he served as a Decision Review Officer in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.  He brings both his experience as a former VA benefits officer and his extensive medical training to the firm’s clients.

Attorney Richardson is a DC attorney who served as Associate Counsel to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Board of Veterans’ Appeals, in hundreds of matters.  She is admitted to practice at the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and represents the firm’s clients at the Court, as well as the Regional and Board levels.
